Regional Planning Documents
Regional Councils play a critical role in coordinating planning, collaboration, and investment across North Dakota. One of the key tools used to guide these efforts is the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
CEDS documents provide a roadmap for regional economic growth by identifying local priorities, challenges, and opportunities. These strategies are developed through collaboration with local governments, businesses, community organizations, and regional stakeholders to ensure development efforts reflect the needs and goals of each region.
Explore the CEDS documents for North Dakota’s regional councils below to learn more about economic development goals and strategies across the state.
Funding and Grant Opportunities
Our role is to support communities and regional partners by identifying funding and grant opportunities that align with local and statewide priorities. Through coordination, technical assistance, and information sharing, we help connect projects with resources to move ideas forward.
Below you’ll find direct links to key funding partners for access to current programs and opportunities.
Lending Resources
In partnership with the Bank of North Dakota (BND), we help connect communities and businesses with lending resources that support local projects and economic growth. Our collaboration helps ensure access to financing tools that meet regional needs.
